You should make a new thread for each new submission. You will find the forms here:

You can group related submissions together in the same thread. You should not make a new thread for the following:

About the XP calculator

Since we have a proper XP system now, with bonuses and everything, we ask that you please use the calculator to grade your art. It may sound intimidating, but believe me, trying to do it by hand would be worse, and you’d inevitably en up forgetting a trainer or pokémon bonus!

When submitting art or writing, simply enter all the relevant details into the calculator, and then take a screenshot of it to send along with your submission. More information on how to use the XP calculator as well as how to grade your art can be found in the submission guides linked above.

  • You can make your own copy of the calculator, to grade stuff on your own time without other people interfering.
  • If you have any question about the calculator, or how to grade your art, please ask in Eclipse > Help Desk.
  • The only thing you can really grade without the calculator are reference pictures, as the Pokémon registry has a handy cheat sheet that you can use instead!

Other rules

  • Party of 6. You can only include a maximum of 6 pokémon per trainer per piece. Well, you can draw more than 6 but, to prevent the farming of multiplier bonuses, only 6 pokémon will be able to earn levels, in addition to their trainer. That’s 6 pokémon PER TRAINER per piece. If your piece features more than one trainer, each one can bring 6 different pokémon!
  • Eggs and adopts take up a slot in your party. Therefore, you can only adopt a maximum of 6 pokémon per piece, or hatch a maximum of 6 eggs.
  • Each activity has a different minimum XP requirement. This is the minimum amount of XP your piece must earn in total to be eligible for said activity. For example, you need to earn at minimum 1500 XP to adopt a new pokémon, or 1000 XP to hatch an egg. Please make sure your piece fits the requirements before submitting!
  • Minimum XP requirements DO stack! If you want to both adopt a pokémon and hatch an egg with the same drawing/story, your piece must earn at least 1500 + 1000 = 2500 XP total!
  • Gift art can be used to help the recipient hatch eggs, adopt pokémon, teach moves to their pokémon, etc.
  • The use of bases (for drawing) is allowed, within limits, and it yields fewer levels. Turn to the art rating guide for more details.
  • AI-generated images and texts CANNOT be submitted for XP AT ALL.

Things you don’t need to worry about

  • You don’t need to calculate the money earned from a piece, ever. We’ll enter the XP earned in the sheet, and it will calculate that automatically.
  • You also don’t need to link your trainer sheet in your submission. Just indicate the name of the trainer. We process things with the directory open in another tab, we’ll figure it out (and that way we’re sure to always add things to the proper, latest version of the sheet).
